The item is OK but it was received with a dead battery. Due to the fact a replacement battery is less costly that returning the product, that is what I did and it works fine. There should really be a way to take care of such situations.
I received the light, charged it, didn't operate. Sent it back, got a new one and the similar point, did not function. So in six weeks time, i've been to the post workplace twice (to return lights), I'm out a little capital in shipping expenses, and I nonetheless have no emergency light. This has not been an best transaction. This was my first Amazon buy and in their defense the return proccess was straightforward and quick. But on the down side would be whoever at Amazon did the acquiring of this product will need to have completed some extra homework as to why the seller was attempting to dump them.
